The minutes of the JSARS Business Meeting of November 9, 2017 are as follows:

* Meeting came to order at 7:00PM.

* Pledge, moment of silence, and then attendee roll call.

* Minutes of the previous meeting approved by Charlie N1CRR and Cynthia KD2KNV.

* Treasurer's report shows an account balance of $xx,xxx.48. Report approved by Charlie N1CRR and Ricky KC2VXI.

* Charlie N1CRR presented the October JSARS ARRL Traffic Net summary:

* JSARS has reimbursed Jim WA2RJP for his expenditures in repairing and maintaining out "910" repeater. Thank you Jim!

* As a reminder, there will be no JSARS club house gathering at Riverwood Park on Thursday,November 23rd.

* JSARS made a $100.00 donation to the Cancer Walk event.

* JSARS' annual Holiday Party will be Thursday, December 14th at Riverwood Park immediately following a brief Business Meeting.

Anyone wishing to bring a covered dish is always appreciated. We can always use a desert and a bag of ice.

* Total meeting attendees were 23.

* Meeting adjourned at 7:30PM, approved by Charlie N1CRR and Louis KD2LMB.
