How to Request a QSL

QSL requests should be submitted by postal mail to the club’s QSL Manager.

Please include the following information with your request so we can locate the contact in our logs:

  • Your callsign and return mailing address

  • The JSARS station callsign you contacted

  • Date of contact

  • Time of contact (UTC preferred)

  • Band and mode (example: 20m SSB, 40m FT8, etc.)

  • Any details about your location and equipment in use during the contact that you would like to share

To receive your QSL card, please also include a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope (SASE) with your request.

Including complete information and a SASE helps ensure your request can be processed promptly.

Mailing Address

Send your request to:

Jersey Shore Amateur Radio Society
Attn: QSL Manager
PO BOX 295
TOMS RIVER NJ 08754-0295

Chris (K2HVE) is our club's QSL manager and he will confirm the contact before issuing the card.

  • Please allow reasonable time for confirmation and processing after your request is received.

  • Incomplete requests or those without a SASE may not be processed.

Chris, K2HVE, can also be found on QRZ.com.
