Meeting came to order at 19:00.

Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence, followed by roll call.

READING OF MINUTES Secretary, John, kc2kth, read minutes from the last meeting. Motion to accept by Tom, kd9bvc, seconded by Steve, kd2zjg.

TREASURY REPORT Tom, kd9bvc, gave treasury report, [DETAIL]. Motion to accept by Charlie, n1crr, seconded by Chris, k2hve.

TRAFFIC NET REPORT for month of December 2025 presented by Charlie, n1crr. Motion to accept by Tom, kd9bvc and seconded by Dennis, aa2bd.

LOCAL NEWS AND RADIO REPORT

Jerry, k2md – Preparing for club talks to be held Thursday nights (not business or VE evenings). One planned session is “Intro to HR for Technicans” (not limited to techs though)

Chris, k2hve – Winter Field Day coming up later in January. Also provided Field Day 2025 score – club ranked 8 of 10 in SNJ.

OLD BUSINESS

QSL Manager and Sample card prepared. Website updates to follow.

VE updates – Steve and Tom continue to run VE

Parks & Rec to replace/rehang TV. Will follow up re internet in building.

NEW BUSINESS

Three new members voted in to club, two rec’d free membership as they tested with our club.

Steve, kd2zjg – motion to purchase new TV and appropriate mounting bracked to replace TV that was damaged. Seconded by Charlie, n1crr. Passed unanimously.

Meeting Closed at 19:45 with 19 attendees, so moved by Charlie, n1crr, seconded by Pauline, kb2pzd.
