• READING OF MINUTES was waived. Motion made by Charlie, n1crr, seconded by Mark, ke2gqp.

• TREASURY REPORT Richie, kd2pgp, gave treasury report, [DETAIL]. Motion to accept by Dave, n2wco, seconded by Jeff, ka2dhe.

• TRAFFIC NET REPORT for month of February presented by Charlie, n1crr. Motion to accept by Jeff, ka2dae and seconded by Joan, ke2hgs.

  • Chris will step into the role Brian had filled for the club for so long, “Radio Sports, providing radio event reports to the club.
