Meeting came to order at 19:00.

Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence, followed by roll call.

READING OF MINUTES Secretary, John, kc2kth, read minutes from the last meeting. Motion to accept by Charlie, n1crr, seconded by Tom, kd9bvc.

TREASURY REPORT Waived in Joe’s absence. Motion to approve by Jeff, ka2dhe, seconded by Tom, kd9bvc.

TRAFFIC NET REPORT for month of March presented by Charlie, n1crr. Motion to accept by Big D, aa2bd and seconded by Joan, ke2hgs.

LOCAL NEWS AND RADIO REPORT

Jim gave updates on various club repeaters. Work is happening at the water tower at Rts 9 & 70, reinstallation of antennas to happen once that work is complete. At Lakehurst, access is still restricted therefore repeaters there are still degraded. The main 910 club repeater will receive a software update.

Charlie (n1crr) informed us that the YSF repeater at the Grone’s site on Rt 9 will move as that building has been sold.

Chris (k2hve), Jerry (k2md), and Steve (kd2zjg) provided radio news updates on upcoming and recent contests and events.

OLD BUSINESS

Charlie (n1crr) reported on the recently held class on antenna construction. Participants built (2) 2m quad antennas during the workshop.

Jerry (k2md) provided a list of upcoming class topics: coax testing, and balun impedance testing

NEW BUSINESS

New members voted in to club: Carlos, Edward both received automatic memberships after passing exams with the club. Nick Goldman submitted an application (approved),

Steve (kd2zjg) will be acting club treasurer as Joe has stepped down due to illness.

Mark Hoffman (ke2gqp) is the club’s new VEC, replacing Tom (kd9bvc).

Meeting Closed at 19:36 with 23 attendees, so moved by Charlie (n1crr) seconded by Joan (ke2hgs).
