Meeting Minutes - September 14, 2017
The minutes of the JSARS Business Meeting of September 14, 2017 are as follows:
* Meeting came to order at 7:00PM.
* Pledge, moment of silence, and then attendee roll call.
* Minutes of the previous meeting approved by Don K2HCW and Dave KD2IJH.
* Treasurer's report shows an account balance of $xx.xx. This includes the $xxxx.00 the club made following
the Fall Hamfest.. Report approved by Chris K2HVE and Dave KD2IJH.
* Joe KD2NAY has volunteered to investigate the availability and costs to produce JSARS shirts and jackets with
the JSARS logo.
* Glenn KD2FFR reports that the Northern Florida ARRL section manager is requesting communications help with
handling emergency calls from the damaged Florida Keys.
* Ricky KC2VXI presented the August JSARS ARRL Traffic Net summary:

* Ricky KC2VXI announced the MS Ride event next weekend to Ocean City,NJ and back. He and many volunteers will be operating
portable communications gear at various sites along the tri-county bike run.
* Jim WA2RJP reported that there will be a repeater link between JSARS' 220 repeater and the 2 meter repeater 146.910 during the
traffic net only. Our 220 repeater frequency is 223.920 MHz.
* Total meeting attendees 24.
* Meeting adjourned at 7:21PM, approved by Charlie N1CRR and Jerry KD2JGH.
