  • KD9BVC nominated Jim Lange WA2RJP for the Lifetime Honorary Membership Award, ALL IN FAVOR!!
  • K2HVE, Summer field day 2022, last full weekend of June(25 & 26) set up and test your equipment before hand, Joan(Mrs Ike) suggested getting small committee together for food and volunteers, email joan at mrsikebnb@aol.com .WB2BNB if anyone needs help come on out to his place for help and set up.
  • Discussed on how GREAT time our 2021 summer field day. K2HVE would like a trusted person with emails of all members to get member drive active again.
  • KD2PGP read a letter from Stephen, NS3L a past member that found pictures from JSARS hosting a special event (on april 22,1987) to commemorate of the 50th anniversary of the Hindenburg Disaster. To be posted on our pages. Also mention of JSARS facebook group page was shut down, but NEW group page has been created for us all to enjoy, that will not be interrupted or shut down again.
  • KC2YQZ has a donation of 2 repeater antennas 22-24 ft long commercial use in Howell on a farm for our club. KC2YQZ coordinating transit for said such items.
  • KD2TIP asked about HAMFEST . Answered by KD9BVC We must act as a “WHOLE” as a club to do it and coordinate a HAMFEST, need 6 month leewaytime for planning,advertisements and vendors.  But first we need people to come out and SUPPORT the club with active members and raise membership for JSARS.
  • Also mention of Net Controllers needed for our Traffic Nets.
  • N1CRR GIVING GRAPHIC DEMONSTRATION ON RESONANCE MARCH 17,2022
