• Meeting came to order at 19:00.

• Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence, followed by roll call.

• MOTION TO DISPENSE with reading of previous minutes, finance report, traffic net report, POSTPONE discussion of further business matters, and to CLOSE THE MEETING made by KD9BVC, Tom. Motion was accepted by N1CRR, Charlie, and seconded by N2JGS, John. Motion carried and meeting was closed at 19:05.

• Club Christmas party was held.

• TRAFFIC NET REPORT for month of November was not presented.
